Taco Azteca in Glendale

The meals and service were ahead of my expectations. We truly loved the environment of this restaurant. Amazing place to take the family out for lunch.

A really good restaurant, great burritos and tacos.

Cooks are not wearing masks properly and people are walking in and out of the kitchen not wearing masks.

Hidden gem in the city of Glendale. Would pass by daily and would pay it no mind until I was starving and it was a late work night. Exceeded my expectations and now it's my regular lunch spot! Tortas and quesadillas are my personal fav's!!😁

My favorite Taqueria in Glendale Ave is currently closed during the pandemic. However, ever since I discovered this place, there is no going back. They serve the best Tacos, Burritos, and Quesadillas. They even have Lengua!Not all Mexican places have those.

Slowly cooked and served fast! This place is really good. I've tried a few different tacos here and none of them have disappointed. Definitely try their lengua - if you don't like it here you probably won't like it anywhere. There's street parking all around and they have a few tables to sit at if you want to eat it here. Salsas are good but they only have 2 - a red and a green. They also have some peppers that are really good

This place is a really good taco place! The carne asada tacos are amazing and the chicken tacos have a lot of meat so they're pretty filling. Also the service is very fast. Would definitely recommend.

The tacos are small and delicious. Nothing fancy, just really good meat and traditional toppings. The quesadilla was to die for, it's a different version than I've ever had, but it was amazing. Try a little of everything, you wont very disappointed!!!

Had a beef tongue burrito & 3 tacos carne asada, & cabeza (meat from the cheek of the cow) all 4 items were fantastic & not to badly priced.

Taco Azteca is the go to spot for authentic Mexican food. Made slow but served fast. Staff is friendly and eager to serve. The prices are slightly higher but the taste and quality and quantity makes up for it They are open late which I like because it's hard to find a place to sit and eat late at night. It would be five stars but it has no public restrooms .

A hidden food treasure. Real deal Mexican food in the smallest joint. Run by the sweetest people.

Delicious food at a great price!

They gave me the wrong items i ordered over the phone. Instead of having plain quesadilla and 2 plain asada tacos, i had 6 tacos. At first I was okay with it cause its just food but i have allergies when it comes to spicy food (thats why I ordered in plain). All of the tacos have that spicy sauce in them. Unfortunately I cannot eat them and had to take anti-allergy medications cause i bitten half one of the taco.Also, when it comes to the drinks, why do they charge it separately? Do you do that? Cause it happened to me twice already. Kindly explain.Please be attentive with the orders next time. Especially orders with special instructions.

Has really good burriton, best burrito spot in Glendale. Wish place was bigger. It gets packed during lunch so finding an available seat can be a little difficult.

First time here and probably last time. Tacos are way too greasy. Customer service was horrible. 3 other ppl came after me and left before me. They got the order wrong. Gave me and my daughter stomach ache all night from the old alpastor meat they gave us. The health department will be notified.

There's always a short wait at this place. And for good reason. Once you try it, you'll understand. I'm working my way through the menu and it's all fantastic! The tacos come with the usual onions and cilantro; you add radish, lime and their amazing salsa to suite your taste. Don't let the brightly lit yellow shack deter you. You can eat there at one of the lil tables or take it to go and make a real mess. It's all very reasonably priced. I'm not recommending it, but I've seen people from all walks of life here and some will try working on their Spanish with the very friendly staff. Parking can be challenging, but I usually find a space down one of the neighborhood streets or park across the street. They're next to a street-light controlled crosswalk so it's super convenient.

I got the chicken burrito with cheese and sour cream. It was great but if I got it again I’d ask them to go easy on the onions, that was the only thing. That’s just my personal taste. Delicious though and they got my picky order right!

Cheap fast food, excellent service not lol.But good fast cheap

I drove here and got no help after them telling me I had to order on the phone. Called and the woman pretended not to hear me besides the fact that I was standing on the street literally looking at her and she hung up. Well there are plenty more taco spots. As a first time costumer, and seeing the reviews I was excited to get some good tacos. NOPE RUDEST COSTUMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. Yup this is how far I was 😂😂

Great taco place. Been here as long as I can remember. The asada tacos are awesome. The pastor is to die for. The red salsa has great heat, but it doesn't compromise the flavor like way over-hyped King Taco does. There's always a line and it's great that it's open late. The only thing that could make this place better is if they made their own tortillas.

Authentic Mexican food.

Their burritos are great! The best burritos and tacos I have ever tried. I would really recommend this place to anyone who loves the real taste of Mexican Food! 👅👍

Very small location. You can easily drive by it and not even notice it. This is outside seating only. Maybe call ahead and place your order to go during peak times. Delicious food, the cabeza tacos are worth trying. No bathroom so that's a negative

I always get my food fast but yet its nice n fresh. Their quesadillas are out of this world! Carne asada and carnitas are amazing 8-) Definitely reccommend.

Good choice for original taco taste

It's the best taco place near la cañada. If they mess up your order, they're very accommodating. I miss the older gentleman that handled the orders. He was the best.

Great tasting tacos! No waiter service, no customer restroom. Just some good old school, spicy tacos! Each order comes with three little tacos...two orders of tacos were more than what I could handle!

Just moved to this neighborhood and this place is a gem! Super friendly staff, and delicious food at a great price. Happy days!

I’ve really enjoyed everything I’ve eaten from this place - for me, it’s the burritos! Little wait and cheap. Also, the spicy sauce is just superb!

Our tacos were unnecessarily super greasy. I understand it’s Mexican food, but our tacos were dripping with grease 🤢. Our chicken tacos were also undercooked.

Amazed at how this child hood hot spot has gone down hill. Food prices raised and customer service,speed of making /filing the order and quality of meats have gone down hill. Today I waited 33 minutes for 4 tacos and a burrito. When it hit the 25 min mark I asked how long would it take for what I ordered so I can go in my car or wait by the window and cashier just stared at me. I ask is there someone I can talk to that can answer my question and they all started speaking in their language. Ignoring me. I'm good. I will not be back. Third time this month that this place has let me down. Lastly while waiting the 33 minutes for my food the 2 people that ordered in front of me both got their food and it was incorrect and wrongly charged.
